Spectacular collection at FDCI x Lakmé Fashion Week is a myriad of vibrant colours, embroideries and craft.
The label showcases 5 capsule collections:Temple Mauli, Bidri, Kutch Kantha, Sootra and Molten Haweli. The collections are inspired by different crafts & techniques and architecture in the country; from the intricate art form of delicate bidri technique to Mughal architecture, each garment tells a story of traditional craft with a hint of modernity.
The spectacular exhibition of ace designer Tarun Tahiliani is the season’s first live show. The ‘The Reunion’ collection featured 78 styles from the couture, wedding, and ready-to-wear fashion collections, a category that has always been close to Tahiliani’s heart because it encompasses the concept of sustainability and wearability.
