Elegant, fuss-free, & inspired by the modern bride, Arpita Mehta unfurls her bridal line at FDCI x Lakmé Fashion Week featuring intricate details, formal silhouettes, soft prints on a canvas of vivid colours including dust pink, mint, coconut etc.
On October 6, at the Fashion Design Council of India x Lakme Fashion Week’s second edition, designer Arpita Mehta debuted a full wedding wear line for the first time, with a forward-thinking spin on the traditional bride’s wardrobe. The brand claimed in a press release that Arpita Mehta’s new bridal wear line was created exclusively for intimate nuptials for post-pandemic brides-to-be. Dresses with delicate embellishments, such as sleeved boleros with mirror work, lehengas, cholis, and dupattas, could be worn long after the wedding.
