Two brands known for their traditional interpretations of glamour and opulent fusion wear came together for a joint showcase under the Mishru and Not So Serious by Pallavi Mohan.
Models walked a circular runway in Mishru’s collection, which included both men’s and women’s clothing in timeless traditional silhouettes. Gowns, lehengas, and sherwanis were covered in glitter, and the colour scheme changed from white to black to jewel tones.
The womenswear line, Not So Serious by Pallavi Mohan, used fusion-style silhouettes and embellished them with feathers and metallics to transform the models into tropical birds as they strutted down the runway. Cropped tops were worn with slim-fitting skirts, and flapper-inspired minidresses and floaty maxi dresses with strappy details were contrasted with stilettos and sleek hair.
