For the Indian market, Adidas has launched a “digital flagship store.”

With the inauguration of its ‘flagship digital store,’ sportswear giant Adidas has bolstered its digital presence in the country.

Adidas claims that its new digital store has been designed with cutting-edge UI (user interface) and a quick interface to provide a global online purchasing experience to its customers. Running, lifestyle, training, football, and more categories will be available on the website.

Commenting on the digital flagship store launch, Sunil Gupta, senior director brand at Adidas India, in a statement said: 

“By launching our new internet store, we hope to strengthen the brand’s trust in India by acknowledging customer feedback. Our goal is to change the mindset from an e-commerce site to a digital brand store that puts the customer first.”

Feeling refreshed

“With the digital store, we hope to increase our credibility, improve the customer experience, and promote our sustainability initiatives.

“By launching our new internet store, we hope to strengthen the brand’s trust in India by acknowledging customer feedback.

Currently, Adidas India has over 400 outlets across the country. The brand sells through its website and other e-commerce channels in addition to traditional storefronts.
